This DAISY Nurse Leader Award is open to individual nurses who are actively engaged in healthcare design. This includes nurses who consult, assist, advise, or work in creating better spaces for patients and families.

HCD SCHOLARSHIP

NIHD is happy to announce the 6th annual HCD Scholarship for our members for the 2023 HCD Conference + Expo. The scholarship was created to allow for NIHD members to become more engaged within the organization by attending our annual activities at HCD.

A full conference registration + $1000 travel & hotel stipend will be awarded to two NIHD members to use to attend HCD in New Orleans, LA. The travel stipend is funded by the NIHD Foundation!

Membership Award

NIHD may grant the Membership Award to an individual NIHD member who has contributed noteworthy ideas, innovations and intelligence to the advancement of NIHD, and has participated in at least one of the many programs, tasks forces and other initiatives, during the past 12 months.

Any current NIHD member may nominate another current NIHD member (excluding current Board Members) by completing the online nomination form.

NIHD may grant the Debbie Gregory Leadership Award to an individual contributing noteworthy clinical and inter-professional leadership in the areas of innovative design improvements in healthcare environments on an annual basis.

Any person may nominate a current NIHD member (excluding current Board Members) by completing the online nomination form.
