Rita Turley is a proven
leader in the areas of Nursing and Healthcare Leadership. She
has demonstrated and accomplished at the executive, corporate,
and national levels of nursing and healthcare leadership. Her
experience in hospital operations redesign for improvement in
patient safety, clinical quality resulting in positive financial
outcomes is a great inspiration to the Nursing Institute for
Healthcare design. Her consulting experience includes Patient
Care Management and Leadership, Operations Resource Management
and multiple years experience in Hospital Functional Space and
Operational Planning.
She is a capable leader with experience handling nursing,
clinical and financial management of large healthcare systems
and has led and been responsible for overall management of
patient care resources, human resources, strategic planning,
employment, termination, staff development, recruitment,
retention, employee relations, physician relations and physician
management. Turley has managed diverse departments throughout
the healthcare organization, consisting of both professional and
technical workers. She has successfully re-organized Patient
Care management structure in union and non-union facilities. She
is experienced in the change process and utilizing system
thinking, analysis and group facilitation.
