Marilyn Schwemberger serves as Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer at Fort Hamilton Hospital in Cincinatti Ohio.  She has
Senior Administrative responsibility for overall nursing care as well as for the planning, coordination, evaluation and promotion of oncology services, education services, IV therapy services, inpatient rehabilitation services, pharmacy, lab services, physical medicine and rehabilitation, respiratory and neurology, cardiovascular services, wound care center, outpatient behavioral health program, women’s health choice, radiology services, surgical services, and the center for health and wellness.  She also serves as the principal for healthcare design and construction. She has over 25 years experience in progressive nursing management and is highly skilled in effective leadership, organizational, and communication strategies.  Her strengths include promoting professionalism and development as well as balancing excellent care outcomes and budget requirements.
